Laced on one side for the purpose of changing bladder and fitted with riveted leather straps to reduce wear and tear. Top and bottom bungee cords are included for easy suspension to the ceiling and floor. The top cord is deliberately cut shorter than the bottom, so that the ball rests at head height. This ball is similar to a top and bottom ball, except that it is considerably smaller to accommodate speed and reaction.
