As well as being used as pitch markers and slalom cones for training drills, the ridged shaped top and side holes are designed to hold training poles for many different training exercises including popular ‘ladder’ drills. These Marker cones are a versatile training aid that are great for use with team and individual sports training sessions. Set of 20 (10 red + 10 yellow). Includes stand to hold the markers in place when not in use and to easily transport them.
